The boat is very spacious and well organised. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. The format of the day is they ‘suss’ you out on in the inner lagoon to assess your snorkelling ability and then the boat heads off to the other side where it is more open where the whale sharks are located. the spotter plane finds the whale sharks and drops you off in small groups and you watch them swim by. As a bonus, we even saw a dugong!!
